Hi Mandy,

You don't have to save as html, you can also save as Plain Text .txt and the
Stream will read it. Of course, if you have any headings etc, you will lose
them, in which case HTML is better, but if you don't care, just use plain
text.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Victor Reader and Text Files.

I do hope someone can help me here.

I've just bought the Victor and been told that if I want to save something
as a text file I have to save under HTML but when I go to the *save as* in a
word document HTML doesn't come up so I can't save the document any ideas
what I can do to put this right please?

Mandy.
