[access-uk] USB & HDMI?

hi guys, Is there such a beast?.
My wife has an Acer Netbook1, it is running xp.
The Netbook has no HDMI socket, and she would like to have this function on
the Netbook.
Before she goes and purchases a new Netbook.
I'm wondering if there is some kinda adaptor to allow maybe one of her USB
Ports to converted into an HDMI Port?.
She really loves her Netbook, and would be sad if she had to retire it, and
purchase new, smiles.
She really doesn't like the thought of having to buy new Netbook, and having
to get a touch screen Windows8/8.1 Machine.
