Hi Mark

Is this problem happening with initial subscription requests, or with replying to confirmation emails? If it's the latter, try subscribing via the form on the list's web page on www.freelists.org. if it's replying to confirmation e-mails that's the issue, have a look and see if the confirmation messages contain a link you can click on to send your confirmation.

Hope this helps

James

Subject: [access-uk] Trouble joining Freelists

Hi folks. I seem to be experiencing great difficulty in joining any
Freelists group. Those I'm currently subscribed to, the Moderators have had
to manually subscribe me. I think the problem is an extra line being forced
by Outlook, causing an extra parameter. However I've just not been able to
track the offending parameter down. Anyone any suggestion on how to go about
this?

Cheers,

Mark
