Hi!

I got Tap Tap See and Prizmo.  I need to use the camera for both;  but
cannot manage it.  Prizmo is supposed to tell me if I am not holding the
camera right.  It does not in my case.  What am I doing wrong?  Can someone
help please?

Yeah before this app I've never really use the camera on my phone. Glad to
know that consensus seems to be that most of us it takes time and quite a
bit of practice in order to be able to use this app and similar officiantly.
It seems like I had the same issue, it's hard for me to make sure that the
phone camera is in an exact angle of a label or whatever small object it may
be. Hopefully as the time goes it'll improve. I did notice an improvement
already.

That is a shame that even once you bought credit you can't take pictures.
Hopefully this will be fixed. Please let us know if you get any response
from the developer and thanks for your input!

It's taken me quite a few attempts to get a decent picture as I've never
really used a camera before.  I have a habit of putting the phone on a
slight angle and so it misses the label on the can.  One word of warning,
though;  when you've used up your twenty free pictures and buy a
subscription or a picture pack, make sure what happened to me doesn't happen
to you.  I've bought my pictures and now I can't use the app because it
keeps telling me I need to buy credits to use the app.  I've contacted them
about this but so far I haven't heard anything back.  Will be writing again
on Monday to see if they['ve resolved this issue.  Apparently, it happened
with ios when the app first came out so i'm hoping for a speedy fix,
otherwise I'll have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund!
