My husband will have something to say to them when they start to take
work from their hotel company.  (Mike is just a humble worker there, you
understand, keeping the switchboard going!)

Tried the site with Window-Eyes and although I could activate the
buttons 
with the enter key, once I'd done that with, say, services, all I got
was 
button, button, button, with no labels.  What an awful site ! !
