Interesting .  . ..

I was using Jaws 6.1.  I did not enter on the first link but went for
the buttons!  It was those buttons which wouldn't work!

I'm using jfw5.1 and I have had no trouble with the links.  On the first

page that your link leads to, there is just the one link and this takes
us 
to a page with 11 links, all of which I can used with either enter or
space 
bar.
