Hi Hussein. No, I'm not a business customer or a customer at all of t-mobile, I'm only mentioning what I heard. I assume the people I was dealing with were talking of the non business users packages. If different products are offered to business users then my information might not reflect that.
All the best, Ibrahim.----- Original Message ----- From: "Hussein Patwa" <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Ibrahim, Are you a business customer? I've not heard of such a limit for the £7 plan, or if there is it's not enforced. Also, there is a discount if you can commit to the plan for more than just a rolling monthly basis. I'm a business customer myself. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. Wy do you think that Web & Walk is the best data package. Is itbased on the amount of data that you are alocated per month or are you refering to coverage and speed of downloads? -------------------------------------------------- From: "Steve Nutt" <steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, February 07, 2010 7:39 PM To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [access-uk] Re: T-MobileHi Hussein, I feel the same about T-Mobile. I have been with them since they startedoff as One to One, and they have always been great with me. Web 'n Walkis a great package, probably the best data package you'll get in this country. I personaly was not happy with '3' and am still trying to resolve a complaint with them that's been running for the last 4 years. I use T-Mobile for both personal and business purposes and after three years with them would find it hard to find a reason to change. Part of this is due to their very attractive data offerings. Good luck and all the best. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. I was experiencing quite a lotofdropped calls and it was just getting embarrassing. I noticed this sinceI moved house last September. The other services were fine and WF sometimes would not work and calculate a route because I just use to get blank spotson certain roads. I use WF quite a lot mainly for judging distances so Iknow my stop is approaching. I do struggle a bit without WF as my eye sight isn't as good as what it was around 4 years ago. I can't instantly spot landmarks out of the window if the bus is travelling faster than usual. My brother is on Virgin which uses the t-mobile network, and he doesn't have any issues using wayfinder on those increasingly rare occasions he uses it. If t-mobile are giving you a web and walk package, I can't see there beinga problem as wayfinder communicates with its servers using standard internet protocols. All the best and sorry to hear you had to move networks.----- Original Message ----- From: SaqibTo: Access-uk Sent: Sunday, February 07, 2010 2:35 PM Subject: [access-uk] T-Mobile Hi. Is there anyone who uses Wayfinder on their T-Mobile phones. I'm switching to T-Mobile and I would like to know if this network blocks the use of Wayfinder? I know there is one network that actually does this but I can't remember which one it is. It may be O2. The plan I've chosen includes Web & Walk. I get poor coverage on some routs with Three so I have chosen to go back to T-Mobile after 4 years.
