Hi Clive and Alexander I have now tried that and it does work only thin is I like to have my e-mails in order of having received them rather than grouped to the same person if you know what I mean. I mean 'From' so why can we only do this by grouping 'From' rather than by 'Received'?
Thank you both very much for your help. Eleanor----- Original Message ----- From: "Clive Pallett" <clive.pallett@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hello Eleanor,Which version of Supernova do you have? I am running Hal 6.53 and Alexander's suggestion to change the sort by option in the view menu to from: works, and pressing a key will jump you to the first message with the first letter of the sender.Best wishes, Clive pallett ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
