Thanks Duglas for that re the hot key strokes. I would think I have it to low but I would have to go in and look. You know how it is, set it up and then forget about it. I will try cycling through OK. Once I was doing an Open University exam and I accidentally hit the wrong keys and I ended up with Italian but this was Italian with English writing if you get me. That took a bit of working out of and in the middle of an exam too!

I find the low is best for keepingdown unnecessary speech, but you can create custom verbosity schemes too - I have to admit that I have never got round to doing that myselfthough!
