[access-uk] Supernova Question

Hi and all you Jaws users can smile. For those using Supernova, I know it is
possible to have Eloquence as one of the voices. One of my latest copies of
Supernova 11.5.6 has Eloquence but the same version on my laptop does not have
it. I do not know why this is and wonder if I can download it from the Dolphin
site somewhere and install or import in to Supernova. Can anyone reliably
inform me please? Many thanks.
