So, what has changed between your old machine, and this one? And why would it only convert at double speed and no faster? -

Andy,

That is not so, because on my old pc I used to convert a book in around four
hours, approximately half the reading time. It definitely states that it
can be done, but I have yet to find out how to do it.

Hi David - Unfortunately, Audible will only convert in real time, I can't
say why that is the case, but sadly, it is -

Hi

Any users of sound taxi around? I am trying to copy audible.co.uk files
and
can do that without problems, but can only seem to copy in real time.
Sound
Taxi states that you can copy up to fifty times faster using sound taxi
professional which is what I have. Not sure I want to copy at fifty times
speed, but say ten times would be good.

Can someone explain how it is done?
