Hi Andy,

Sounds like you have, whether deliberately or not, removed one of its sound
drivers, necessary for its functionality. I would write to
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx about this.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Sound taxi

Hi all -

I don't use the Sound Taxi programme very often, but always seem to have a
problem with it when I do. This time, when I try to convert a DRM .WMA file
from 7Digital, I get the message:

"sound taxi is not installed properly, reinstall the player."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, only to get the same message. Any
ideas? -

Andy
