You will need to contact your mobile phone service provider to check,
a) that you have the service, and b) what information you need to set
it up on your phone.

I want to be able to access my e-mail via my mobile phone. My account
will not be this one but it will be a btaccount. How do I do this? I
have never used my mobile on the Internet.
