I'd say XP's firewall is acting like the gentleman Andy, and has bowed out 
to allow Sygate to take the lead here.  that's my theory anyway.  I'd close 
down xp's firewall if using another as, well... this'll save possible future 
complications and I'd feel a lot better just having one firewall running 
rather than two.  Plus, it'll save on resources being used.  that's always 
important.
