[access-uk] Service pack 2 help please

Hi all -
I've just installed service pack 2, and have been prompted to click on XP's
firewall button and virus protection button, but haven't done this yet, as I
already am using Sygate as my firewall, and AVG as my antivirus software. Is
it best to continue with these, I'm assuming that if I click on the XP
firewall and antivirus without disabling Sygate and AVG, that conflicts
could occur, so would be grateful for advice with what to do.
