I generally copy the file using windows Explorer and then paste it into the
body of the e-mail. You can also attach multiple files in this way.

Hi List,
Windows 7 and Office 2010
I'm trying to send an attachment to some friends. I've gone to the Insert
menu and selected File Attachment but can't find the Look In button as there
used to be in Office 2003.
Can someone give me step by step instructions of what to do please.
