Hi Marie, The way I do that is to copy all my contact addresses to a folder on my hard drive, where they're saved as vcf files, and copy them back into the address book as needed. Ok, if you've got a massive contact list it could be a bit of a chore, but I could never find a way of copying the address book as a whole over to another location.

                   John.

Probably quite elementary for most of you, but, try as I might, I can't find any info in the OE help files about how to do this. I want to store my addressbook in OE to my external drive and put it on the programme on the new PC once the drive is connected.
Any simple step by step instructions very much welcomed.
Thanks in advance.
Marie
