[access-uk] Removing Norton

Hi all,
I remember there was an email on how to remove Norton. Unfortunately, I did
not need the instructions at the time, but, now I need to remove Norton.
For some reason, I am unable to remove it from the system as it just hangs
forever when I try to remove it through control panel.
