[access-uk] Removing Java from a PC

Hello all,
I foolishly allowed a download from |Java and now have it installed on a Del laptop. It interferes with a programme I am trying to run and I am unable to uninstall it. I have gone into Add or Remove programmes and uninstalled it and have removed the folder from Programme files. I have even done a system restore, which helped for a while until I found it had reinstalled itself some how. 

Could anyone help getting rid of this programme.
