At least I know I’m not going mad. I asked my daughter to have a look and a
jaws problem was the only thing she could think of. Thankfully I haven’t up
dated my desk top to windows 10 so still have access to my email.

Apparently it's a JAWS problem which hopefuly will be resolved in the next

On my windows 10 laptop using jaws 18 I can’t now read the emails. When I move
the curser up and down jaws doesn’t say anything at all but apparently the
email is on the screen. Just wondering whether anyone else is having the same
problem
