To the best of my knowledge Rapport still causes problems because it blocks 
many AT software title's access to the browser.  If you have this installed and 
things are not working the best suggestion would be to uninstall it.

To any online bankers using Natwest, do you know if the Rapport system is 
accessible with a screenreader.  I know at one time it was not, but now I don't 
get the message advising screenreaders not to use this.

I wondered if I should download it or not.
