Thanks David, that's what it was, we hadn't pulled the changer out far enough. Didn't want to put to much effort into it initially in case of breaking it right from the get-go.

Make sure that the changer is pulled out fully.
Also make sure that the minute ball bearing is in contact with the magnet.

I'm with someone who has just taken delivery of a Bradley Timepiece, but
they're unable to set the correct time. Only the hour ball bearing seems to
move when turning the winder.

Can any other Bradley users explain what we need to do to set the minutes?
Other than wait to exactly 1:23am tomorrow morning before pushing in the
winder that is! smile.
