Well I figured that when they run out of alphabet we could have double a and
double b and so on LOL

Ain't it the truth. When I first got the Pen Friend with it's original
labels I thought It would take quite a time before I needed to order the a and
b packets. That wasn't to be however. I hope RNIB soon comes out with packets
c d e ETC. through the alphabet, and when the letters run out, RNIB can just
begin numbering the labels. Smile.

Yup, I'll be needing another pack fairly quickly I think, amazing how you
get through them when you get in to it!!

My mum says that the labels that came with the penfriend have a letter
s on them, she suggested it might be for sample.

        I assume that pack a will all have a letter a o them and pack b a
letter b so they will be different as I think that's the code etc that the
penfriend reads.

As long as you only use one pack of each for labelling, you should be
fine. I am not sure whether things were really sorted though after the labels
were sent with purchase, which is not "A" or "B" but a certain number to get
started.

I think though that RNIB have probably sorted this one now and I have
had no problem so far.
