[access-uk] Problems with MacAfee antivirus

Hi 

I am trying to help my friend to sort out his computer. He
is not very technically minded. He is having two problems, 

The first is that he has paid for a 3 year subscription for
MacAfee and has found that he is unable to download the
up-dates because they are too large, he like me only has
dialup internet. I have been in touch with MacAfee on his
behalf and they have have told me that they cannot get a
refund. Where can we get a cd from? 

The second problem he is having is that his active desktop
is disabled, I have never come across this before, how do I
get it ren-enabled?
