You're in the wrong menu. Go to the options menu and select voice options
which is the first entry on the menu. Then tab to the tree view of voices.
Select the voice you want to disable, and then tab to the disable button and
hit the space bar. When you've disabled all the voices you want, tab to
okay and press the space bar. Don't press enter because it doesn't always
work. Incidentally, the select audio device is in case you want the weather
to go to an MP3 player.
