Hi Mandy, I had a similar problem to you once, and although I use Outlook 2003 rather than 2007, I may have an answer for you. it may be that the destination folder for the problem e-mails is incorrect. Let me give you the example I had and you'll see what I mean. I had some e-mails that were going into an odd folder, and I couldn't work it out, but when I looked at the message rule, it was treating a folder I'd set up for one particular list as if that folder was the inbox, so every e-mail that should have gone to the inbox was going to a folder that should have only received messages for one particular message. So, in short, maybe one of your message rules needs slight modification. I hope you understand my explanation and it helps.
