Hi Leah, as I mentioned before, Sight and Sound will do exactly the same on your behalf. They'll contact FS with your serial number and email it to you. I'll be in work in the morning if you want to ring me and I'll get it for you.

Hi Lee.
You'll need to call freedom scientific on 001-727-803-8600 and speak to the technical support department. Give them your jaws serial number which you can get from the help/about dialog box and they'll give you your authorization code after doing a quick identification check.
