[access-uk] Playing a PAL DVD

Hello everyone,

How can I access a PAL DVD on my laptop?  this is a collection of sci-fi 
serials purchased from Colin Owen at www.jesusreigns.co.uk.  there are links 
to old-time radio and movies.

I have tried playing the disc using Cyber Power DVD, which, unfortunately, is 
inaccessible with NVDA.  Can I convert the files so I can use Windows Media 
Player?  Any help most appreciated.  thanks in advance.
