Hi Amro

If you use your JAWS cursor or similar, you can find the elapsed time etc as
follows.

1. Go to the top of the Audible manager Window.
2. Arrow down past the menu bar.
3. The next line should contain the title of the book you are listening to.
Arrow down.
4. The next line contains the elapsed time and total time, although they
are not identified as such.

Audible Manager keyboard Shortcuts:
Play/Pause =Control +P
Rewind =Control +R
Fast forward =Control +f
Back by section =Control +shift +R
Forward by Section =Control +Shift +F

Note that navigating by section does not always allow you to navigate by
chapter, it depends on how audible have defined the sections in the book.
Sometimes the sections simply equate to the original CDs/tapes contained in
the "physical" audio book, and are not always that much use.

There is no obvious way to get to the start or end of a book, but the way I
do it is to hold control +shift +R (back by section ) or control +shift +f
(forward by section) for a few seconds.

You are right that you have less navigation in the Audible format than you
do in Daisy.

HTH

James
