Hi. I have a friend who's having difficulty installing Omnipage 18. The install works fine until it's time to activate the product. When she gets to that point, she's told that the serial number is wrong, or could be for a different version. I'm not sure why this is, as you have to input the serial number before the installation starts. Therefore it must be correct. Can anyone help or give us any advice please? I recently installed the same software myself, and had no problems in activating the product at all. Thanks.
