Office 2007's interface has changed, in that "ribbons" are now used instead of the traditional menus and toolbars. JAWS works really well with the ribbons though; it even goes as far as teaching you how to use them and provide feedback in terms of what hot keys you can press. Hope this helps. I find Office 2007 to be more responsive than Office 2003. -- Chris Hallsworth e-mail: christopherh40@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx MSN: ch9675@xxxxxxxxxxx Skype: chrishallsworth7266 ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ibrahim Gucukoglu" <ibrahim_gucukoglu@xxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 18, 2009 3:30 PM Subject: [access-uk] Office 2003 versus 2007 HI \Everyone. I know some of you are using office 2007, I would like to know what you think of the new version. I am still using office 2003 which I find more than adequate for my needs, but might be interested in upgrading should there be a significant advantage in doing so. All the best, Ibrahim. ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
