Hi Martin

I didn't install programs that way, so have no real suggestions as to
why this method doesn't work for you. I used an external USB hard drive
and plugged it into the Netbook directly. I also have an external
DVD/CD drive, and hooked that up for some things as well.

Good luck.

Subject: [access-uk] Needing help with Sangsung nc10 and transfuring
files

Hello and a merry Christmas to everyone.

I wonder if someone could help me with a problem I am having. I
received my nc10 netbook the other day and I am able to boot up and it
works fine and I have narrator running. The problem I am having is when
I connect the unit up to my computer using a usb cable my pc isn't
recognising the netbook as my external drive so I can't start to move
files such as Jaws and other programs to it. I had a audible tone to
let me know that something was connected to my pc then I heard the tone
again and I can't find it anywhere on my pc. I am using jaws 10 with
windows XP home edition.

Hope to hear from you soon.

All the best

Martin
