I assume that tools  is found on the ntl homepage?  I have no software
installed for ntl.

Hi Mark,

I only found out when my TNAUk papers started being bounced. Go to tools and
services; then to webmail; open your account; go to options; you should find
the filter radiobuttons there. There 3 options: On; forward to spam folder
and delete in 7 days; off.
