[access-uk] Re: NTL OK?

In case anyone has trouble, I've just been there to check on mine and
found that there's error messages on most of the Spam Filtering pages,
suggesting that this may well be due to a reorganise of NTL's WEB pages.
Hope this may be helpful.

Needless to say, I still wasn't able to get to mine!

Hi Mark,

I only found out when my TNAUk papers started being bounced. Go to tools
and
services; then to webmail; open your account; go to options; you should
find
the filter radiobuttons there. There 3 options: On; forward to spam
folder
and delete in 7 days; off.

Hth,

Mike
