I have Outlook Express. How would I set it up to automatically open the next new message to read after deleting a message I have just read?

I'm wanting to move to use Microsoft Outlook as my email application from Outlook Express but the one thing I like about Outlook Express that I've not been able to configure in Outlook is to set it up to delete a message and automatically go into the next message and start reading that. Does anyone know what I need to do to get Microsoft Outlook to do this?
