Hi Kelsey,

You should be able to do this in iTunes, you certainly can on the Mac and I 
imagine you can in Windows if that’s what you’re using.

You first need to check in preferences that you are set to import music using 
MP3.

Next you then need to select the files in your iTunes library.  In Mac, you 
then go into the file menu, create new version, and choose MP3.

I’m sure a Google search or a look in iTunes help will show you if the 
procedure varies at all for Windows.
