Hi Andrew,
As far as I know, none of the computer programs to learn foreign languages
are accessible. The Hadley School for the blind has a French course with
braille and 6 tapes. I also once heard of an audio-only French course by a
company called Linguaphone, sorry really don't know if I spellt it
correctly.
