Hi Graham

I tried customer services first but no joy as you just get transferred from one to the next continually. The shop is usually the best answer as it's not so easy for them to pass you on also the word is slowly getting round to the staff as to what we're on about. The shops however do vary in quality. We have 2 in Brighton and one is dreadful. If you ask them which day of the week it is you'll not get a right answer but the other one is simply brilliant.

Hi Roger.

I do get the idea from what people say that you are better off visiting your local store rather than going through customer services. I'm glad they knew
what talks was anyway.

Hi Deon

Took my first Vodafone TALKS contract out last month on a Nokia N73. I did
it in the local store and they knew exactly what I was talking about. They
refer to TALKS as speaking phones.

Selected the N73 from a choice of several and it took a week to be sent off
to have TALKS installed and returned to the store for my collection.

Hi all

Anyone recently got a contract mobile with Talks from Vodafone.

They used to provide Nokia 6600 and 6230.

Any more recent model offered though?

Not having much luck with info from them either online or in-store.

Appreciated thanks.
