The software incarnation is available here:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_ac?ie=UTF8&nodeId=200596280

Those using the software version might want to consult this page also for
hotkeys:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_200608270_PCaccess_accessshortcuts?nodeId=200608290

I also found this useful resource for the hardware Kindle concerning keyboard
shortcuts:
http://blog.diannegorman.net/2010/09/kindle-3-keyboard-shortcuts-et-al/

I think generally if you stick to the Kindle Storefront area with the speech it
should be OK but I haven't spent hours with the speech on so therefore have not
really used the speech in anger so to speak.

Hi Tristram,

It's the hardware version I'm interested in. I know what it says it can do but
was more interested in experiences of people who have used one.

Many thanks,

Phil
