Hi Derek, I went to the site and pressed 'e' to go to the edit box and my JAWS 12 would not enter characters immediately, but I pressed the down arrow once and then the up arrow to go back to the edit box and it allowed me to enter characters. Did you try this? If not, then try it and see if it works for you. Like you, the 'e' key works on most sites, but not in this particular case.
