[access-uk] Jaws help please?

Hi,
This is not very well worded but I wonder if someone could advise?
problem is, sighted person comes along e.g. daughter to use my computer
which i don't really like but, anyhways, when i re-load jaws after they
finished with it its not working. and another this is:
when they are using it they are saying that my back space and delete key is
not workiing for them but it works fine for me.
