Hi, JFW is the only screen reader whereby you pay more for the use under XP pro. Dolphin work it on two versions of the product, but they all work under all operating systems (incl. NT). The standard version has less features relating to editing of map files etc, whereas the pro version has all these in. I do not have JAWS as a demo, or any other version on my computer, although I guess I could have found out what I was asking via FS website. I'm only glad I don't face the price premium for the 'Pro' edition, or face downgrading to XP home. Wonder how Dolphin users are served in this question? I'll ask on the Dolphin list. Many thanks. There is no reason for a domestic user to require XP Pro in about 95 percent of cases. A Jaws standard won't authorise under XP Pro. Regards. A friend has the home edition of JAWS running on his computer which has XP Pro installed. It seems to work, but he gets a preamble when JAWS loads telling him of the things he cannot do using the JAWS home version under XP Pro. Can anyone here say what these things he cannot do are please? I would have thought that the Home edition would not allow use under multiple accounts, but what other limitations would there be?
