Hi, This can be done in two ways: 1. Connect the iPhone to iTunes. Under Device on the left, select the connected iPhone. On the right, under the tabs, there is an option for Universal Access. Enable voiceover in there. 2. On the iPhone, on the home screen select Settings. Then General, and scroll down to Accessibility. Enable voiceover from there. As an extra, you can enable the option to allow you to disable voiceover by triple tapping the home button ? useful for quickly killing the speech if using with sighted friends.
