Hi,

Read my latest e-mail to the list. It details the two ways for enabling
voiceover on the iPhone.

Very few of the shop floor staff actually have an in depth knowledge of the
device. Usually they are just given rudimentary information, or in some
cases can speak from personal experience.
Having said that, I try not to blame the staff, rather the company. Many
staff actually really appreciate it when a customer can come in and teach
them something new. It's when the customer loses it and starts needlessly
blaming the staff that they get all annoyed.

Or maybe I'm just extremely patient 'smile'?

HTH.
