Hi, Darran!

When you point to the file initially, what happens if, instead of hitting the Enter key, you hit the Context Menu key?

Perhaps one of the options there will help you burn the CD.

The thing is, I use Roxio Easy CD Creator and have done it loads of times.

At 19:51 26/12/05, Darran Ross typed furiously:

Frank, thanks for the directions, but I'm still doing something wrong!

I'm going to WinZip's Extract to Here option and taking note of the folder
I'm choosing for the extraction. However, after I do this, there isn't any
ISO file in the folder! I just see the original file, unchanged and sitting
in its new location!

If you've got time over the next couple of days, I'd appreciate it if you
could take five minutes to write down a dummies guide on how I achieve
burning this update to a disk!

My e-mail address is below:

darran.ross@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Many thanks.

| Hi, Darran! | | Don't open the file. | | Use the option to extract it to a folder and make a note of the folder you use. | | In the folder, you'll find a single file with an .ISo extension. | | Put a blank or rewriteable cd in your drive. | | Press enter on the .Iso file. | | this should automatically use the software you have to burn the file to the | CD in your drive. | | Hope this helps, and good luck. | | At 18:49 24/12/05, Darran Ross typed furiously: | | >Hi Folks, | > | >having a few problems installing this download. | > | >The directions given on the Humanware site don't tally with what I get! | > | >After downloading I find the file and enter on it.
