Hi, my problem recurred tonight as soon as I started searching with Igoogle. Igoogle had always been fine before, so I took the view it must be the AVG Safe Search add on that is causing the problem. It blocks everything from connecting to the internet, so I disabled it, had to restart the computer, and all seems fine after some more searching.
