Hi Marie, I'd use headers and footers for this. I believe you get to headers and footers from in the view menu in Office 2003 but can't remember whether this is just to view them, or whether you need to insert them somehow first. When you go back to normal/print view, JAWS won't read the header and footer as you arrow down your document but they'll be there. Someone using that version of Office/using headers and footers more often than me can probably expand.
