[access-uk] How can I permenantly remove a program called DSO exploit from my PC

Hi all,
I have today re-installed Spybot and it has found something called DSO
exploit (five occurrences of it), what I am wondering is how can I remove
them from my PC for ever.
I am running JFW 5.10 on a window XP home machine.
any advice and help be appreciated.
