Hi Colin, some people are now using Skype because of this firewall interference
with MSN. You might want to give it a try. If you use Jaws, there are scripts
for it.

I wonder if this something to do with the firewall settings again, I keep
encountering difficulties with accessing certain links on websites, and I'm
concerned that my firewall settings are too over stringent.
If anyone can shed any light on this, then I'd be extremely grateful.
