[access-uk] Help with Royal Mail's postcode finder

Hello all.
I am trying to help a friend search for a postcode for a house move. I
filled out the form on the Royal Mail website but it keeps coming back
with too many results. Is there another way of finding a postcode or
will she have to visit her local post office. She needs to give it her
internet provider so that they can arrange a disconnection from her
current address.
